Amenities available at venue: There is food, drinks, and all the amenities of the New Mexico State Fair. You will enter via gate 8, parking is limited. Staging for carpooling will be at the northwest parking lot of Winrock Mall.
Bins will be loaded and transported via pickup trucks and enter through a different gate.
Please plan an 9am wheels up time for the caravan to Expo.

Weird Al Yankovic Concert Troop

Signing up does not guarantee a spot to troop, here are the requirements to be selected to troop
Folks need to have trooped at least once this year to qualify.
There are 8 trooper position open plus a Vader. TK’s and Vaders take priority (These TKs are the all white, Original Trilogy kits)
If you’ve done a Weird Al event in the past please do not sign up.
In the name of fairness there will be a lottery. Signing up puts your name into the lottery for a position. The lottery will be monitored by multiple command team members.
There are 2 handler position available as well as a handler for the Vader and a POC position. These positions will be discussed and chosen by command.
Deadline to sign up will be September3rd. This will give us time to do any lottery and set any logistics.
